HIIT Your Health Goals - FREE WORKOUT & SOCIAL (Tues 5th June)
Incase you hadn't noticed, the team at U&I are on a bit of a health kick at the mo, and we've decided that it is now time to share our passion of fitness and healthy living with those who are also interested!
The first 20 sign ups are FREE (there onwards, tickets are £10 per person), so hurry and don't miss out! Please reserve your FREE space HERE.
We're just 2 "normal" girls (debatable!), at different points in our fitness journies, with a mutual goal of being the best version of ourselves, inside and out!
We are not personal trainers, we are not nutritionists or experts in any sense, we just want to share our passion of working out and socialising with others who are interested.
All fitness levels are welcome - Charlene and Natalie both have different fitness abilities so you can literally do what suits you!
Meet us at 10am in Wandsworth Park, at the black gate at the entrance of Deodar Road (you won't miss us, we will make ourselves known - look for the Hawaiin flowers!).
You will all be given a free goody bag with some nutritional goodies to help fuel your workouts and daily lifestyle.
Schedule of the morning:
10am: meet and introduction
10.10am: Outdoor HIIT workout (20-30 mins)
10.45am: Nutritional refreshments provided by us
11am: We will be heading for a local Brunch, if anyone would like to join us, we would love to get to know you better! We love meeting new people, especially in the local area.
BYOB (Bring your own bottle... of water!) and if you would like to bring an exercise mat to make you more comfortable, and a towel (as this WILL be a #SweatySocial!).
Dress code - #ActiveWear!
